My name is Maxine. Im a french trained pastry chef, that has worked in many restaurants and patisseries in Wellington, Paris and London. After a few years overseas, Ive come home to open Sugar Flour. 

What originally started as a small patisserie, Sugar Flour has ignited my passion for sharing the art of pastry, and now we focus solely on teaching pastry techniques in one off classes. 


Our classes are suitable for students of any age. Everything is completely hands on and you will always be provided with everything you need. Plus, you get to take your recipes and creations home with you!
